CPAH's mission is to promote healthy community through the development of permanent affordable housing, sustainable, economic growth, and community based partnerships.

CPAH believes hardworking people should be able to afford housing and still have enough money for groceries and other basic necessities. In Washington County 1-in-7 households are struggling financially. Often they have to choose between paying the rent versus paying utilities or purchasing groceries.

CPAH provides affordable rental housing along with support and skill building activities for those most in need in our community. Currently serving 175 households, CPAH will increase its capacity to serve nearly 300 households in the next two years. CPAH is building housing, building hope and building lives.
