Our mission: To, in partnership with the community, repair, rehabilitate, and make accessibility modifications for free for low-income homeowners in Washington County, particularly those who are elderly, disabled, or families with dependent children, so that they may continue to live in warmth, safety and independence in their own homes.

Under our 4 programs; National Rebuilding Day, Urgent Small Repair Program, Youth Partnership and Mid-Sized Year Round Repair Program we provide services such as dry rot repair, electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, installation of handicapped showers, grab bars, wheelchair ramps, painting, yard debris clean up, roof repair and replacement, heat restoration, replacement of broken windows and doors and more.

All the work we perform is done completely free of charge to the qualified homeowner who must meet our income and eligibility guidelines. Most of our work is done by volunteers, last year over 600 volunteers donated 4022 hours to perform 135 repairs and accessibility modifications for 85 low-income families and non-profit shelters serving the developmentally disabled in Washington County.

Rebuilding Together Washington County, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, Tax ID # 93-1120908. Donations to Rebuilding Together Washington County, Inc. are tax deductible to the full extent of the law.
