he Tualatin River Watershed Council is the only organization in the Tualatin River watershed composed of representatives frοm all sectors of the community within the watershed and dedicated to improving all aspects of the watershed’s health – ecologic, economic, and community. The Council is an effective forum for representatives of over 20 different business, environmental, governmental, and citizen groups to share their concerns and interests, as well as work together to develop and implement solutions for the good of the watershed and the people who live and work there.

The Tualatin River Watershed Council provides a vital service to the watershed and the people who reside there. The Council supports watershed health by bringing together all the interests – social, economic, and environmental – to achieve results that are in balance with the needs of the people and the health of the watershed.

The Tualatin River Watershed Council needs your support for this important mission. Additional dollars are needed to support the following action programs of the Council:

• Educational programs and materials for use in schools, community events, and cooperating organizations,
• Technical assistance in watershed restoration projects,
• Supplies and materials for restoration projects,
• Monitoring, particularly in working with school and youth organizations.
